Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO)
About the Role
NGP is seeking a senior executive to lead its risk and compliance function. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer will oversee NGP’s overall risk exposure and ensure compliance with regulatory, scheme and operational requirements. About the Role
NGP is seeking to appoint a second Independent Director, with a primary focus on finance and accounting matters. The Independent Director will serve for an appointed term on NGP’s Board and its Audit and Risk Committee.
While the primary recruitment approach for this Board-level position will be through invited applications, suitably qualified candidates who meet the role requirements are also welcome to submit an application for consideration.
