Organisation & Governance
Nexus Global Payments (NGP) is responsible for the overall governance and management of Nexus, including setting the rules for the Nexus Scheme. Similar to any corporate entity, NGP has several decision-making bodies.
Board of Directors
Certain high-impact decisions are made with the approval of the Board of Directors (“the Board”). The Board consists of independent directors and representatives of each of the members and is chaired by an independent director. The Board is, in turn, accountable to the members of NGP.
Executive Management Team
Strategic priorities and operation decisions are taken by the Executive Management Team (“EMT”). The Chief Executive Officer leads the EMT and the core team that covers all functions of the NGP.
